This season’s version of the ever-popular Toðer trainer by Bernhard Willhelm & Camper Together comes in a bold camo-print, with a soft, leather and nylon-mesh upper. The slight military theme is contrasted with bright pink accents, as well as a tough, rubberized heel section. The trainer is also available in a bold blue and grey colorway and a refined white colorway, with a suede, leather and nylon-mesh upper. The trainer blends hiking boot details and a ripple sole construction with hi-top features, to great effect. Previous models have been incredibly popular and this version is certain to continue that trend.
Continuing the collaboration between adidas Originals and Canadian workwear specialists Ransom into the summer, this part-trainer part-espadrille style offers the perfect way to move between the beach and the city. Denim is a fabric with many qualities: it is rugged and hardwearing; it is expressive and ages with grace; and it is a cultural icon that brings to mind lost legends like Brando and Dean. It is a fabric that creates obsessives; people who could name all the denim mills in Japan or tell you, by sight alone, which laundry techniques have been used to give your jeans that vintage look. But it is also a laid back everyday fabric that is unassuming and undemanding.
However you choose to appreciate it, denim has something there for everyone and this is a collection of some of the best denim pieces from SS ’12, seen as part of looks that showcase the fabric’s versatility.

The Plaza’s Edwardian Room has come full circle in the celebration of men and style with the opening of Italian menswear line Angelo Galasso.
Opened on October 1, 1907 as a men’s only café, the Edwardian Room, located on the northeast corner of The Plaza with views of Central Park and Fifth Avenue, was designed by the hotel’s architect, Henry Hardenbergh. With the era of Prohibition, this beloved home of the men’s “Power Breakfast” and after work cocktails permanently opened its doors to women in 1921 and became, for many, the most romantic restaurant in New York. It became the Plaza Restaurant in the early ‘40s and officially the Edwardian Room in 1955. Through its name changes and incarnations the incredible architectural details and masculine personality have endured and the space has remained the Edwardian Room to New Yorkers and its devote visitors.
