Last week, Las Vegas was filled with the fashion designers, editors, creatives, influencers all for the upcoming season’s collection to see apparel, footwear and accessories but there’s more than fashion to keep you entertained during your time out in Sin City.
This year, talented photographer Tasha Bleu collaborated with Flexfit and HYG to present “Treu Bleu Imagery“. Inspired by Shakespeare, her motto is “to thing own self be treu.” Tasha says “I took the time to find my direction, but now I’ve found my own identity and created my own lane.” Her imagery is focused on fashion, product, and design.
Tasha’s photographs embody the notions of authenticity, modernity, and timelessness. The overarching themes of her sets are dynamic and they run the gamut of possible subjects from the unbridled inventiveness of her imagination to the more structured and focused topics of men’s fashion and lifestyle.
Her installation at Flexfit’s Basecamp featured some of her best menswear shots as well as fresh pieces and an interactive photo station.
In June 2010, Tasha was awarded “Best New Fashion Artist” by Talenthouse. In August 2011, she launched a personal Kickstarter campaign entitled “A Dollar and a Dream;” the project collaborated with female creatives from across the nation to display their talents in an NYC-based group show.
