What’s In Your Bag? – REILLY

The essence of art is to capture beauty and hold onto it for ages to come, to seek refuge in a world that we can only wish we lived in. The creations of REILLY does exactly that; takes you into a world of awe and amazement and challenges elements of our visual perception. Limité asked REILLY to share with us the items he carries with him on his day-to-day to survive in his world of creativity.

Why do you have these items in your bag? What do they mean to you?

I’m constantly on the move and need to be able to create, having all this kit helps me stay in touch and run my business no matter where I am.
I’m about to launch my new menswear line, SNCL (Smile Now Cry later) It’s a proper exciting time for me so I seem to have a constant array of fabric, stickers, trims, swing tickets, etc on me all the time now !
On a personal note, I’d been searching for the Ettore Sottsass brooch for quite some time and recently managed to bag it on Ebay,  Sottsass and the Memphis movement are the inspiration behind my first collection so this holds quite a bit of positive energy for me.
Which are your absolute must-haves? What can’t you live without on a daily basis?
Mac Book Pro, Leica, iPhone + headphones.
What do you think these contents say about you?
That I’d be able to survive no matter where you dropped me !
