MTV’s next “OMA Unboxed” party on Sunday, May 6, the second in a tech-fused music event series created to celebrate the fusion of all things art, tech and music at anytime, anywhere in one partylike atmosphere will be headlined by Pyyramids (fronted by Tim Nordwind from OK GO!) against a backdrop of several awesome tech/art installations.
The entire “Unboxed” events concept serves to connect the distance between each tentpole O Music Awards event (MTV’s new, organic anytime-anywhere celebration of digital music) which since born last year, has been making strides in honoring unique music/tech collaborations in a fluid, less conventional way, and less reliant on an annual calendar.
