Jamieson’s is a name synonymous with the production of Shetland woollen garments. Specialists in the industry for five generations, the quality of their wool and workmanship is one that stands on its own. With these impeccable credentials, it is no surprise that their collaboration with North American, down-filled outerwear specialists Penfield is effective.
The Gillman jacket is constructed with the yoke and pockets woven in a traditional and brilliantly colourful, Fair Isle pattern, by Jamieson’s expert craftsmen. Penfield’s hard wearing 60-40 shell is quilted and stuffed with soft down and feathers, ensuring the piece is suitably-warm for the extreme cold of both brand’s winter climates. This warm jacket is finished with antique copper press studs, leather-trimmed cuffs and a small leather brand patch on the lower left-hand-side. Made in from wool, cotton, and nylon and stuffed with down and feathers – please dry clean only.
