Palladium Presents Tokyo Rising featuring Pharrell Williams Trailer

Palladium’s exploration series have continuously traversed globally to delve into different major urban settlements. Palladium taps influential musician and BBC co-founder Pharrell Williams to look into Tokyo’s uprising movement from the recent nuclear tragedies. The video shown above is the trailer of this upcoming documentary which will have a full video release on September 1st.

Tiesto, Diplo, Girl Talk and More Headline “Lights All Night” Festival

“Lights All Night” announced today the initial lineup for the two-day 2011 New Year’s Eve festival boasting an array of world-class DJs and music acts. The concert will be held at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas, TX on December 30th & 31st. Tickets to “Lights All Night” go on sale Tuesday, August 30th.

The 2011 lineup includes popular electronic acts that are playing to some of the largest crowds in electronic music history. The two-day festival also promises state-of-the-art production with a light show, live dancers and art installations. 2nd Artist Announcement coming soon.

The concert will showcase artists on multiple stages with the 2 main stages being dubbed the “Dance” and “Bass” Halls, featuring performances by:

Ferrari 458 Spider Convertible

Debuting at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show this September, the ’458 spider’ by Ferrari is a retractable hard top Berlinetta coupe, modeled as a convertible version of the ’458 Italia’.

With a direct-injection 4.5L V8 engine producing 570-horsepower and a maximum torque of 398 lb-ft, the vehicle reaches a maximum speed of 198mph (320km/hr), attaining 0-62mph (0-100km/hr) in 3.4 seconds. A dual-clutch F1 paddle-shift seven-speed transmission features Ferrari’s racetrack-honed ‘e-diff’ technology for improved performance.

Video: Theophilus London – I Stand Alone (Gigamesh Sunlight Remix)

On August 20th in Austin Texas, Dell and Intel Present Special Engagements concert series kicked off with performance by Theophilus London. The affair happened at The Lustre Pearl in downtown Austin, was the perfect venue for Theophilus, who fresh from the release of his latest LP Timez Are Weird These Days, threw out a set of high-impact hip-hop culled from a billion influences from new wave to punk alongside host Telli from Ninjasonik.

Leading up to the event, fans were given the opportunity to control multiple aspects of the show, including voting on which of three never before released remixes Theophilus would premiere during his set. The winner was “I Stand Alone (Gigamesh Sunlight Remix)” and now you can see the worldwide debut of it as well as download the track.
