Japanese label Scye by Masterpiece and Co. is named after the lingo used by pattern cutters to reference the “armhole.” The brand bases its creations on English tailoring that dates back to the 19th Century. They take inspiration from edwardian styling and add their own modern interpretations by keeping in mind classic constructions and ergonomical structures. For their Autumn/Winter 2009 collection Scye stays true with pieces that include Melton duffle coats, hunting jackets, flannel tops, riders jackets and more.
