The Toyota iQ – Inspiring Fonts

Toyota first announced the iQ at the Frankfurt Auto show in 2007. Sales recently started in Europe this year – in order to promote the car Toyota contracted Happiness Brussels, a Belgian ad agency.

The agency contracted several amazing programmers, film makers & type designers who converged to create the iQ font. The font was created by tracking a real iQ’s skid marks using cameras & computing. Check out the video, below:
