This month, BAMcinématek celebrates the fifth annual Afro-Punk Festival with a tribute to Spike Lee, political documentaries, live music, a skate park, the Afro-Punk Block Party, and more. Additional highlights include week-long revivals of François Truffaut’s Mississippi Mermaid and Akira Kurosawa’s Kagemusha.
