PF Flyers is looking to bring back some of their rich heritage with the with the re-issue of the SportShu 1940’s sneaker model. Manufactured in Japan using premium vintage grade materials, the SportShu is an archival reissue of the PF Flyers baseball classic first introduced in 1940. The shoe, available in original black and natural features contrast stitching detail, finely patterned rubber foxing, 40s-era PF logo markings and leather eyerow. The shoes, retailing for $180, will be on display at Conveyor Fred Segal in Santa Monica, April 11th (4-7pm), as PF Flyers celebrates the historic launch. Only 500 pairs of each colorway will be produced.
