Lightning Bolt, originally founded in Hawaii in 1972 as a board shaping and manufacturing company, will re-launch with its debut collection scheduled for Fall 2009 featuring a men’s and women’s apparel line inspired by surf and skateboarding culture.

The collection’s designs were inspired by soul surfing and its riders pure and passionate lifestyles. Beginning June 2009, Lightning Bolt will be distributed at select high-end and core retailers. Lightning Bolt’s collection offers a range of high-quality graphic tees, wovens, walk shorts, board shorts, denim and other accessories ranging in price from $31 to $250.
