i/denti/tee

We all have a favorite song or two and I’m sure it gives you a sense of overwhelming joy to pump your tune on your iPod on your way out the door, so why not get a tee to go along with it.

i/denti/tee has established partnerships with Apple iTunes and EDUN LIVE (founded by Ali Hewson and Bono) to create a new, responsible and ethical line of t-shirts that allow music lovers to express their passion for music by wearing their favorite lyrics on their chest. No need to worry about any court cases from lyrics being worn on your chest, they’ve worked hard to make sure all of their printed lyrics have been legally cleared by the publisher and that the shirts are sourced locally from Africa by EDUN LIVE. Each tee is “grow to sew” African from the cotton they source all the way to the final logo print on the inside of every music tee which each benefit goes back to support of the people in sub-Saharan Africa.

Through their custom widget top i/lyric, they’re also running a debate on-site about the best “I” lyric (any song lyric that starts with the letter “I” of all time such as “i still havent found what I’m looking for” by U2, “i did it my way” by Frank Sinatra and “i’m a hustler baby, I just want you to know” by Jay-Z.

“Real identity is not just about how you dress but who you are inside those clothes… and inside this t-shirt is a great story!”

- Ali Hewson, EDUN LIVE
